Ordering Procedure

Specify catalog number and item description on purchase order. To expedite the processing of your order, indicate your customer code number if you have been assigned one. If you do not know your customer code number, please contact SOQUELEC to request one.

Prices and Terms

Unless otherwise stated, prices indicated are in Canadian dollars, F.O.B. SOQUELEC (Montreal, Canada). For shipments within Canada, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and provincial sales taxes are extra, where applicable. Any purchase not subject to GST and/or provincial sales taxes must be accompanied by a copy of the proper exemption certificate.

Prices are based on quantities indicated and are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice.  Unless otherwise specified, transportation charges will be prepaid and added to invoices as a separate item. An extra charge may result if F.O.B. point is other than Montreal.
 

Loss, Damage or Delay in Transit

On shipments with destination other than F.O.B. point, SOQUELEC Ltd. assumes no liability beyond delivery of material in good order to the carrier and is not liable for loss, damage or delay occurring thereafter. Packing material should be retained until physical appearance and operation of equipment are checked immediately upon receipt.

In the event of external or internal damage, regardless of F.O.B. point of shipment, purchaser must  arrange for an inspection report to be made out by carrier's agent at once. Advise SOQUELEC Ltd. of damages as we shall be pleased to render all reasonable assistance in securing satisfactory adjustments of your claim. If shipment is F.O.B. destination, forward to SOQUELEC Ltd. a copy of inspection report immediately; otherwise file your claim directly with the delivering carrier.
 

Warranty & Returns

We guarantee all our products to be as advertised. These products are for research use only. We offer no warranty and assume no responsibility for their use. Defective products are to be returned for replacement, repair, or credit within 30 days of shipment. Some products may require inspection by SOQUELEC Ltd. prior to replacement or credit. Warranty on instruments will be as determined by their respective manufacturer.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. This number should be clearly indicated on all returned merchandise.

Products ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
 

Shipping Information

Products in stock will be shipped within 1-2 working days from the receipt of your order. Partial shipments will be made unless we are instructed not to do so. Back-ordered products will be shipped as soon as they become available and will be invoiced separately as they are shipped.

Unless otherwise specified by customer, shipments will be made by means selected by SOQUELEC Ltd. Additional charges may apply to rush shipments or shipments of hazardous materials.
